A Flowing River

Reaching out with the Word of God and in song,  We believe in literally letting God’s river of Life flow!

Jesus said in John 7:38 "He who believes in me, as the Scripture said, from his innermost being shall flow rivers of living water." In order for those rivers to flow, we need a constant flow from the Throne of God. This is the purpose of this site, to give you a constant flow of living water from the Throne of God. It is our prayer that you be so "in Christ" that anyone you meet will be touched by the Holy Spirit. Let it be your prayer, as it is ours, that the Holy Spirit of the Living God would guide us in this quest.

Please check back with us from time to time, especially the "Building Our Faith" section. The Lord is leading me to add several sections that have ministered to me as I wrote and I expect they may minister to others also.  Each weekday, I pray, ask God's guidance, write and post a Daily Devotional.  Because of the type of ministry that we do, I usually post Saturday and Sunday devotionals (from another source) on that day's page, late Thursday night. It's all about getting closer to Jesus! Our goal is to help us all on the road to a personal, daily and living relationship with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

  Have You Met Jesus?

Have you met Jesus?  You may have been asked “Have you been saved?  Thanks to Jesus, it’s really simple and will be the most important decision you have ever made.

Romans 10:13, “Whoever calls upon the Lord will be saved.” is an easy answer, but a more complete answer deals with the reason for our separation.  Romans 3:23 tells us that “all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God.”  The first step is to admit it. There is no such thing as “good enough.” Romans 6:23 tells us that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Jesus, our Lord.  We have earned death.  God offers us life, through Jesus.  It is our choice to either stay like we are (with the sentence of death) or to turn around (repent) and accept the Gift of Life through Jesus, which is the second step.  The third step is to confess (let people know) Jesus Christ as YOUR Lord.  Romans 10:9,10 tells us, “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;  10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.”  If you did, congratulations.  The Promise of God, according to 2 Corinthians 5:17 is that you are a new creation.  The past is gone and all things are new.  Your victory in life is only limited by your choice to live in and walk with Jesus Christ.
